CONSULTATION
Every project starts with a look at the space, or property by one of our expert estimator's. Taking measurements and assessing any and all variables of the project in question. Our estimator's have been trained in efficiency, and have many years of trade experience under their belt before doing any quotations. It is our goal to insure your project is completed in an effective manor, on time, and with premium quality workmanship, and waste disposal.
PROPOSAL
Once the consultation is complete our staff members will provide a detailed proposal including a break down of each individual item and cost per square. Outlining our warranty and any variables within to ensure all bases are covered for the client. The importance of a detailed proposal is to ensure you, the client, know exactly what you're paying for and we, the contractors, are accountable for the success of the project.
